Many believe that ending their life will also end their suffering. But the truth is, taking one’s own life does not end problems—it only leads to greater suffering.

The Supreme Buddha taught that one’s life is precious and should be protected, not destroyed.

Let’s reflect on this sermon which guides us to face challenges with wisdom, patience, and compassion, instead of trying to escape them.
