Pleasant Speech

Loving Kindness
- Having non-hatred and kindness towards all living beings

- Make sure that nobody will be affected negatively by our actions
- When we get angry, think that the Buddha eradicated anger
- Think about the danger of hatred. if I die when my mind is affected by hatred, I will be reborn in a bad destination
