What is Vesak and how can we gain merits in a meaningful way?

Vesak day is to celebrate our great Bodhisattva’s birth, attainment of supreme Buddhahood and attaining parinirvana. It is only because of the Buddha, his teachings and the great disciples, gods and humans are able to escape from sufferings. Without a supreme Buddha, no one will be able to understand there is a great path to escape from all sufferings and even a small merit makes a huge difference to the samsara. So, let’s celebrate this Vesak in the most meaningful way as possible.

Question! How are you celebrating Vesak this year? What are your plans if you have to stay at home? Share your plans and ideas in the comments.
