Want to be Happy? Be Grateful

We should be grateful to our teachers because they served as our second parents. They not only listen, but also coach and mentor their students. They are our role models. Even our Arahant Sariputta thero was always grateful to his teachers. It was through Arahant Assaji thero that our Arahant Sariputta thero came to know about the Buddha’s dispensation. Therefore, each night before Arahant Sariputta thero goes to sleep, our Arahant Sariputta thero used to face the direction in which arahant Assaji thero was living and used to worship him. Therefore, my dear dhamma friends, do not forget about your teachers. Be humble and be obedient to your teacher. Always be grateful to your teachers. I think we owe our teachers a debt of gratefulness every day of our lives. If you enjoy our videos click SUBSCRIBE and leave a comment.
