Meditate after Work: August 21 Teachings

Usually when people suffer they think that they are suffering because of others mistakes. People tend to point fingers at others when experiencing suffering. But fortunately in the recent Wednesday program the participants learn that suffering arises due to unwise thinking and due to craving.

Meditations that were practiced during the program: loving kindness meditation, contemplating the body postures, & breathing meditation.

So we have attached two wonderful suttas for you’ll to read until you come for the next program on 28th Wednesday August 2019:

Join us for the next program on Wednesday August 28th to learn the rest of the similes and ways to build a strong mind that is unaffected by criticism.
