Usually when people suffer they think that they are suffering because of others mistakes. People tend to point fingers at others when experiencing suffering. But fortunately in the recent Wednesday program the participants learn that suffering arises due to unwise thinking and due to craving.
Meditations that were practiced during the program: loving kindness meditation, contemplating the body postures, & breathing meditation.
