View the Full Playlist
Even though you’ve slept for many hours, you wake up quite uncomfortably, with a headache, very tired or slightly disorientated. That heavy feeling is surely not what one desires. But if you genuinely practise this technique taught by the Blessed One for even just a week you will feel the difference.

In today’s episode, we’ll learn the 2nd benefit of practising boundless loving-kindness and how it can also help us in our daily lives. We would love to hear your progress and thoughts in the comments below and will hope to see you in the next episode.
